I’ve always been intrigued to get into VC, but I felt that I need some operational experience to be able to understand and help the current and future portfolio founders.
Instead of going to consulting or work at some large organization I joined Prezi’s Conference team of six, where I learned how to sell to small and medium enterprises. Then I joined Shoprenter, Hungary’s leading ecommerce engine where I managed a small team of three and helped to build out its Platform into a standalone business unit, growing its revenue 10x in two years. After our exit to the polish ecommerce giant IdoSell I joined Day One Capital.
As a member of the pipeline team my job is to find and evaluate all the talented and ambitious founders of the CEE region.
There are very few things in life which I like as much as discussing the vision of amazing founders, but when I’m not working I’m (hopefully) hiking somewhere in the July Alps.
